1. The exhibition is open to all artists and open theme.
2. All forms of visual art are allowed. 

• 2.1  Painting on canvas – Size of the artwork is fixed 24x24 inch (60x60 cm)  without frame. Bigger or smaller than this size will not be eligible  for the exhibition. Canvases side would be colored. Any kind of framing  on your canvas painting is prohibited. 
• 2.2 Painting on  paper/Or any other surface (Must be framed) Size of the artwork is fixed  24x24 inch (60x60 cm) with frame. Bigger or smaller than this size will  not be eligible for the exhibition. 
• 2.3 Digital art (Best quality printing and framed). Bigger or smaller than this size will not be eligible for the exhibition. 
• 2.4 Every artwork must be signed by the artist. 

3. Artists are required to apply through the following designated submission form.

4.  Each artist can submit a maximum of two artworks for consideration. In  case of two artworks the artist has to fill up the forms separately (Two  times for two painting)

5. Submissions must include clear  and high-quality images of the artwork without any background, along  with relevant details such as title, medium, dimensions.
6. Artist must mention the details of the artwork such as Title, medium, size.

7. Artist must write about: 

• 7.1 Artist Biography (English/Bangla) 
• 7.2 Interpretation/or meaning of the artwork. 

8. The deadline for submission is August 31st, 2023.

9. Artworks submitted must be original creations of the artist. Copy work will be disqualified.

10. Artists whose works are selected for the exhibition will be notified via email or other specified means.

11. Artists whose artworks are not selected will not be notified.
12. Selected artists will be provided with detailed instructions for delivering their artworks to the exhibition venue.

13. Artists are responsible for the cost of shipping or transportation of their artworks to and from the exhibition.

14.  Artworks must be properly packaged during shipping. Organizer will not  be liable for any kind of damage of your artwork during shipping.

15.  Artists can collect back their artwork in the last day of exhibition  after the closing. Artist who are living outside Dhaka, their artworks  will be returned end of the exhibition within one month, and the artists  will bear the return shipping costs.

16. The curatorial team will determine the placement and display of artworks within the exhibition space.

17.  The curators reserve the right to exclude artworks that differ  significantly from the submitted images or do not meet the exhibition  standards.

18. Artworks will be available  for Sale during the exhibition and the organizer will NOT charge any  commission from the sold artworks.

19. The exhibition organizers reserve the right to photograph and document the artworks for promotional purposes.

20. Artists will be credited for their artworks in all promotional materials
