A Ramadan Art Exhibition ‘Shurooq Al Fann’ meaning ‘The Rise of Art’ will be launched in Dubai on April 21 in the presence of officials, delegates and special guests along with a VIP preview of 100+ amazing artworks of UAE-based artists. The artworks include abstract, modernistic painting techniques, incorporate ancient arts of Islamic culture, illustration, arabesque patterns, calligraphy and sacred geometry resonating with the essence of the season.

 Alif: A straight line, It is the line that provides a connection to the Almighty. It is also the theme of the Ramadan art exhibition being organized by Funun Arts Group, along with the Novotel World Trade Center. Inaugurated at the beginning of Ramadan, it will continue till the end of Eid holidays. 

 We can see a variety of styles of artwork, like calligraphy, abstract, cubism, Sufism, contemporary, and photographs. Calligraphy was displayed in several unique styles by many artists like:

Iranian Artist Fatemeh Hosseinbor, Moroccan artist Fatemeh Hosseinbor, Bangladeshi artist Mahfuzur Rehman, Armenian artist Maria Bedrossian, Pakistani artists Noor Haidri, Amna Saeed, Alia Amin, Indian artists Sabrin Asker, Saida Banu, Sabah Anees, Shabnoor Quraishi, Annu Vikas, British artist Wahida Begum.

The 18th edition of the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX 2021) held under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region and Chairman of the Emirates Falconers’ Club (EFC) took place from 27 September 2021 to 3 October 2021 at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) which saw the participation of 680 companies and brands from 44 countries.

Bangladeshi impressionist artist Mahfuzur Rahman believes that passion is the key to his success   Bangladeshi creative impressionist artist and painter Mahfuzur Rahman has recently been positioned as one of the semifinalists in the "Artist of The Year" art competition, organized by the United Kingdom-based art organization The Artist Lounge.

A finance specialist by training and profession, Mahfuzur Rahman’s passion has always remained for art. He is currently pursuing his hobby as a creative impressionist artist for a painting knowledge and culture content startup named ‘Mahfuz Canvas’ which is in its launching process.

Artist Mahfuzur Rahman, the founder of the Obscure Artists of Bangladesh, told UNB, “Our Facebook group was set up back in October 2019 with the intention to provide an organized platform and inspiration to the ‘obscure’ artists of Bangladesh. The response we got in return is unbelievable and overwhelming. Our endeavours are pretty focused- we want to inspire these artists and give them a platform they deserve to showcase their extraordinary talents and creativity”.

It will be displayed from Tuesday 31 August 2021 at 9:06am (Paris, France time).

Mahfuzur Rahman has almost 140+ collection of painting updated on this platform and have already sold multiple painting internationally through artmajure . Recently he has been certified with a artist value certificate whice claims that the minimum painting price range will start from €550 .

For the second time ‘Obscure Artists of Bangladesh’ (OAB), a group of artists has organized an international online art exhibition. The exhibition is scheduled to kick off on November 1 and will continue throughout the month until 30 November 2020  The exhibition has been organised on popular international painting portal ‘Artavita.com’.

Obscure Artists, social media-based artists collective, is hosting an exclusive virtual art event named "Thoughts Behind My Painting" from May 1 to May 30. According to the organizers, the virtual event centered on its Facebook group will honor the participating artists with an enticing prize fund in order to move ahead the eager and brilliant artists of Bangladesh and share their creative views with the globe.

Khadizatul Qubra, Bangladeshi artist and founding administrator of the organizing group Obscure Artist of Bangladesh, said, “Most of our artists in our Facebook group are self-taught, but their potentiality reflects possibilities of standing internationally. AllStar Online, the ambitious young event management firm, has brought their newest event ,’PaintOff 2020’, an unique online art tournament, in this time of uncertainty.   It is known that the competition is being judged by Mahfuzur Rahman, the respected  a veteran artist of great skill.

An exhibition titled, Jolkonna - Naiads the Water Nymphs was inaugurated at Bishwo Shahitto Kendro on International Women's Day. The group exhibition features artworks from a range of artists, both promising and prominent. 

Obscure Artists of Bangladesh is a Facebook group that has brought together an array of various artists, both young and old, under one banner. Here, people share their art thoughts and ideas with each other. Moreover, on a periodic basis the group also arranges art contests for their team members. 

Intending to provide an organized platform and inspiration to the obscure artists of Bangladesh, a Facebook group was set up back in October, and we called for submissions from artists all over the country. The response we got in return has been unbelievable and overwhelming,” Mahfuzur Rahman, the founder of the group, told UNB regarding the initiative.

The founder of the group, Mahfuzur Rahman, said obscure artists must need space and platforms to display their extraordinary creativity. “Our endeavors to inspire them to move forward,” he said.

Intending to provide an organized platform and inspiration to the obscure artists of Bangladesh, a Facebook group has been set up. The founder Mahfuzur Rahman and admins of "Obscure Artist of Bangladesh’ are organising this national art exhibition along with the enthusiastic participation of the group members.
